Terms of Service

SellSync provides account listing and management tools by integrating official APIs from supported marketplaces, including Eldorado, GameBoost, PlayHub, Racoon, U7BUY, and Skycoach. The platform operates as a centralized interface, allowing users to manage listings across connected marketplaces using a single account per platform. SellSync does not act as a marketplace and does not own, sell, or broker any game accounts.

Access to SellSync is restricted. New user accounts may only be created through direct contact with the platform administrator. Any attempt to access the platform without authorization is strictly prohibited. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for all activity conducted under their account.

• SellSync interacts with sensitive data through integrated marketplace APIs.
• All data is protected using enterprise-grade encryption, secure access controls, and industry-standard security practices.
• SellSync does not store credentials in plain text and does not access user data beyond what is required to provide platform functionality.
• While strong security measures are in place, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and use of the platform is at your own risk.

Users agree to use SellSync solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with:

• Applicable laws and regulations
• Marketplace terms and policies
• API usage limitations and restrictions

SellSync does not guarantee listing approval, performance, or availability on any third-party marketplace.

Users may not:

• Circumvent, modify, or interfere with platform functionality
• Attempt to reverse engineer APIs, data flows, or integrations
• Abuse automation, API access, or system resources
• Use the platform in a manner that may harm SellSync or connected marketplaces

Any misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access without notice.

SellSync acts solely as a management and automation interface for supported marketplaces. The platform:

• Does not process payments
• Does not handle disputes or refunds
• Does not guarantee successful sales

All transactions, payments, disputes, and enforcement actions are handled exclusively by the respective marketplaces.

SellSync reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time if a user:

• Violates these Terms
• Misuses platform features
• Poses security or operational risks

Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform or third parties.

SellSync is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. SellSync shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or claims arising from:

• Use or inability to use the platform
• Marketplace actions or policy enforcement
• Data loss, downtime, or integration failures

SellSync may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
